Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with our stay at this hotel! The rooms were just perfect for our young family with a child, offering a great view and a separate living room, bedroom, guest toilet, and a large bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, and walk-in shower - it was simply sensational. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful and friendly staff who were attentive to all our needs, providing a range of services including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and even a happy hour. The location was excellent, within walking distance from the Old Quarter and the Lake, making it fantastic, walkable, and central to all the key areas we wanted to visit. The dining experience was probably the best I've ever had at any hotel, overlooking Hanoi with a superb selection and impeccable service. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience that I can't recommend enough!
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the French Quarter, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, featuring a large double bed and a modern well-equipped bathroom with bathrobes and slippers. The service provided by the English-speaking staff was top-notch, with polite and professional interactions ensuring a high level of quality. The dining experience offered outstanding cuisine, a mix of oriental and western specialties, and fresh juices, although it could be inconvenient for foreigners. Overall, the hotel provides a luxurious stay with great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The dining options were fantastic with a variety of Asian and Western food, but unfortunately, my rooms on a higher floor all had the same issue. The service was exceptional, especially at The Level Lounge, but there were some inconsistencies in the daily operations. The location was great, close to many attractions, but the value for money could have been better considering the pricing compared to nearby options.
I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had fantastically comfortable beds. The evening bites on the Level Bar at the 20th storey were a delightful touch. The service was top-notch, especially the chief concierge who went above and beyond to assist me. The location was ideal, within a short walking distance of the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, providing easy access to great restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious options, especially the traditional shabu-shabu. Overall, a fantastic hotel with only slight room for improvement in certain areas.
I stayed on the 9th floor and had a fantastic time at this hotel. The rooms were huge and fantastically comfortable. The perks of afternoon tea, evening drinks with amazing food, and breakfast options were all superb. The quiet ambiance made my stay even more relaxing, with little street noise as a bonus. However, the dining experience left something to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the one hand, the rooms were nice with very comfortable beds, but there was an air conditioning problem that made it very cold with a bad smell. On the bright side, we had access to the Level Lounge, where we enjoyed fresh fruit, coffee, and cookies.
When I walked in, the room had a very damp smell, but the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the huge bathroom was a nice surprise. Having a separate living room and two toilets was super convenient for two guests.
The hotel rooms are fabulous-clean, very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities one could possibly want. However, the room being changed had a moldy smell. The staff is helpful and friendly but had some issues with excessive noise. The hotel's location is excellent, at the edge of the old quarter, just a quick walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The dining experience is out of this world with excellent food stations. The facilities are top-notch.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable and spacious with a great bathroom, clean, and well-decorated. The service was incredibly polite and helpful, with friendly staff. The location allowed easy access to places I wanted to visit and good restaurants, though some attractions were closed. The dining experience was superb with a vast choice for every taste. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, suitable for business travelers.
